At Antea, Brooke is responsible for HR and resourcing across the business, with a focus on workforce planning, recruitment, role design and the people frameworks that support effective teams and sustainable growth.

With a pragmatic and collaborative style, Brooke helps ensure Antea has the right people, in the right roles, with the appropriate structures and support around them as the business continues to grow.
