Director of Operations
Troy is Antea’s Director of Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in financial services, including previous experience in financial advice, together with experience owning and operating businesses across several sectors.
Troy believes a great client experience starts with understanding the person behind the numbers. He takes an attentive and considered approach, listening closely, asking thoughtful questions and taking the time to understand what matters most to each client.
Alongside leading the day-to-day operations of Antea, Troy is closely involved in the client onboarding and service experience. He helps clients understand how the process works, ensures communication remains clear and coordinated, and makes sure the appropriate members of Antea’s advice and support team are involved at each stage.
His focus is on ensuring clients feel heard, informed and well supported throughout their relationship with Antea, while helping the business deliver a consistent, professional and highly personal level of service.
Outside of work, Troy loves spending time with his wife and two young children and making the most of family life on the Gold Coast.
